SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders will take between 1-5 business days to arrive depending on where you are situated (you will receive another notification once your order has been shipped). Delivery to outlying areas could possibly take longer, however, an estimated date of delivery will be communicated to you once your order has been processed.

We offer free nationwide shipping on orders over R2000. Orders under R2000 will incur a delivery fee of R170 including VAT. Shipping charges for your return/exchange will be calculated and sent to you via email. Please note Auto Paint Centre always strives to provide our customers with the highest quality of service. Whilst we do our best to complete orders within our specified time frame, delayed orders due to courier service problems (road blocks, traffic delays, etc.) and/or unforeseen economic activities are unfortunately out of our control.

You can skip the shipping fees with FREE local pickup in store at 5 Skopsuil Close, Hennopspark, Centurion, 0172. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. Our in-store pickup hours are 8:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday. Please note we are closed on weekends and therefore no pick-up options are available then.
